Bought this played, and after putting on some songs the player told me it was write protected now I can't add or remove files. Yes I tried to format no luckAsked for some help from craig and got a earfull of Attude"!!!!

What a pile of junk Craig made this time with its cmp1240E mp3 player

I would have rather burned the $22.00 then deal with there customer service

No kidding this is the worst service ever!!
