Craftsman Weed Eater —

Had to return the weed eater after having it for 3 years witha complete tune up at year 2. When i tried to start it at year 3 it would not start.

Since Sears has taken over the Craftsman product line the quality has gone down down down.

The local store only tode me to take it to the repair department and pay to get it fixed.

Wonder custome care and concern.

The store does carry spark plugs, air filters, oil for the gas (2 cycle engines) and little gas cans to mix the oil and gas together in.
There's a very large selection of line (spooled and bulk) for all sorts of Weed Eaters.
The stores send out warranty-returned gas engine powered equipment to be repaired, too.

Ehh... Sears has always had the Craftsman product line... The gas tools won't last forever and never have been warranted for longer than one year - without some form of additional Customer purchased maintenance agreement.
The new machines have never been easier to start and there's even a 4-cycle Weed Eater offering.
