This lawn mower is perfect for my lawn.  It's not big enough to require anything bigger than this and it works great.  It's easy to use and even my wife can use it.  It's light weight and durable.  This was a great buy and very affordable.  If you are looking for a long lasting durable lawn mower,...

This Craftsman mower works well... until it dies.  From the beginning, the engine seemed to want to increase power, then decrease, constantly.  On the fourth use, it started to spit and sputter, then shut off.  I thought it was out of gas, but when I went to refill it, there was still over a third...

I purchased the Craftsman Torque 3-in-1 Mower for my dad at the beginning of the summer. This mower is definitly worth the money for those long summers when the grass seems to need cut once every 3 days. My dad claims that it's thee most durable lawn mower on the market, my mom proved that to be correct! It's very light-weight and easy to manage for those steep hills and dips throughout your yard. This isn't your ordinary mower, it has 21in. cutting width and a max. cutting height of 3in. In other words, that means you won't have to cut your yard every time you turn around like your neighbor! I...

This is the fourth mower I've had over the last 20 odd years and the two that were Craftsman have easily been the most reliable.   I am not the type to maintain things well...in fact, I pretty much mow one last time in November and then fire it up again in the spring (usually w/ the same gas sitting in the tank).    Usually starts on first pull.  Easy to manuever and if I had anything that I'd probably change is that you need three arms to properly dislodge the clippings bag (reaching through the handles while holding it underneath..then switching hands to unload).   A minor drawback.

 I'd...

The mower reliably starts and runs very well as I have had it for 2 years now, but, the grass bag is a frustrating mess. Sears needs to design a bag closing system that doesn't break down after 6 months, i.e., I use 3 spring clamps to hold the thing together and it doesn't look like even that will last much longer.

The Craftsman Torque 3-in-1 Mower  is full of power. I have really enjoyed mowing my lawn with this. It has front wheel drive and is self-propelled. Much better than my previous mower. This lawn power practically pulls me along instead of being pushed. Of course, the last time I mowed my lawn with my old mower I was 7 months pregnant, so it might seem easier than it really is. It cuts well and the wheels are very easy to adjust the height of the cut. Our lawn is full of divets (not from golfing though) and this lawn mower pulls right through the divets and hills. Now, if I could only get my trees... review »

I recently bought a Craftsman 3 in 1 mower, based on my past experience with a side discharge model that ran faithfully for 12 years.  The second time I used it, it began to idle erratically, nearly dying each time I changed directions or went downhill.  After a lot of trouble shooting with the plug, carb, and fuel system, I came to the conclusion that it was the position of the air filter that was causing the problem.  The air intake faces directly downward toward the mower deck.  When using the mulching function, fine grass clippings tend to build up on the deck, then get sucked into the... review »

The Craftsman Torque 3-in-1 Mower is a decent mower for the price. I didn't actually buy mine, it was given to me by a neighbor who decided to have a lawn company cut his grass. I've owned several mowers and can repair about anything. This one is one easy machine to use and repair. It's easy to start, usually on the first try, and easy to use. My eight year old can use it with ease (supervised of course!). The self-propelled mower makes for easy grass cutting and the grass collection bag is not hard to remove.I give this mower a B+ for over all quality. If you have to push-cut your lawn, at least... review »

my husband has this lawn mower for about two years and he never have a problem with it. It is great because it is gas power and not electric power so you can mow the lawn conveniently. He says that it cut well so he does not have to mow over the lawn very often and it is gas efficient so we do not have to buy gas to fill it very often either. We brought this from sears and it comes with two years limited warranty and so it very reliable and does the job well. I would recommend to anyone who is unsatisfy with their lawn mower and is looking to buy a new one.

I had gotten the craftsman torque this year and i gotta say that it works good. I had bought a different brand type a few years ago and it was hard to use. I had to always call one of my brother in laws to come and do my yard but every since i had gotten the craftsman torque i am able to do it my self and not bother my in laws any more and that makes them happy. i think i was becoming a pain to them but not any more. i love the fact that there is something out there that i am able to do it by my self.

Craftsmen Torque 3 in 1 mower. The Craftsmen mower requires little maintenance and are the ultimate in quiet. They are also fun to use as long as your lawn is relatively small, flat and weed-free. I like the ability to bag or mulch clippings. The the 21-inch cutting width and maximum cutting height of 3 inches is recommended for upright grasses such as fescue.

Craftsman Torque 3-in-1 Mower

This mower is lightweight and real easy to push  easily cuts grass cost effective.  My own mother could use.  You can even cut the grass when wet, now that is a good thing.  I really like how easy it is to mow the grass with.  I've had mine now for theis season and it still runs great.

This seems to be a good mower, especially for the price. Easy start and grass catcher stays in place without gaps for dust and clippings to escape.

Only problem was one rear wheel bracket was bent causing the mower to pull to the left. Easy enough to fix after removing wheel and hammering bracket flat but it should have been caught before packing.

This mower has been the most dependable mower I've ever had.  It has always started on the first or second pull, even after putting it in storage for the winter.  I love the Craftsman mowers and will always buy them.
