Craftsman Socket Set Reviews

I picked up a 384 piece tool set 2 years ago.  It came packaged in a bubble plastic tool box that has a place for every piece.  I have lost a couple of the 1/4 inch drive sockets and just went into Sears and bought new ones. 

 I haven't been easy on these sockets at all but they are holding up like you would expect Craftsman tools to hold up.  I've even put a 3' pipe on the 1/2 in rachet to loosen some tough nuts on my mower blades and it still works like a pro.

 I paid a bit over $300 for this set and it is worth every penny.

     I have been a mechanic for thirty years on both automobiles and marine engines.  When ever I see a new young mechanic come into the business and start buying the very expensive tools from the mobile tool jobbers that come by the workplace I give my little speech.  "Any tool you can get in the Craftsman brand from Sears, get it there first before spending the encredibly higher price from the fancy name guys."  The brainwashed new guys usually argue about the warranty and I have to say;

 "Well if I break my Craftsman tool, I can go and replace it on my lunch hour or after work. ...

I Am Here To Tell About Sears Craftaman Socket Sets.If You Know Anything About Tools,That Sears Craftsman Tool Do Not Break.If On Should Sears Will Give You A New One Free.Ever Seen Some Bang A Tool With A Hammer. I Did Took The Broken Tool Back To Sears And Got A New One .Really.I Saw An Ad From Sears A Few Years Ago That Said If You Break We Will Replace It.And They Did.The Sears Craftsman Sockets Set Have Worked Just Great Over The Years With Out Any Problems. Now As We Are Getting Close To The Holiday Season Sears Will Have A Big Sale. You Might Be Able To Get A 8 Or 9 Piece Set...

good tools do not seize left outside for two years and no rust and still works fine.
