Just ran my snow blower for the first time today and WOW,  did it make short work of 4 foot drifts.  Cuts right through the snow like a hot knife thru butter!  With it's power drive feature, meaty tires, 12" auger with a 12" impeller, this snow thrower has every thing a guy with a bad back could ask for.  Great on gas too.  I did my upper and lower driveway along with a neighbor's upper and lower driveway and another neighbors driveway on 1 1/2 tanks of fule.  It started on the first pull after primeing and was very easy to start.  No yanking on the pull cord.  Just nice easy pulling motion. ... review »

I have a Sears 88955 snow blower and its got to be the best running easy to use snow blower I have ever owned. Starts very easy with the pull starter and it does have electric start but its really not needed. Not too heavy easy to handle . The 179cc engine has plenty of power and runs real smooth . 6 forward and 2 reverse speeds has the right range for all situations. Good traction with the lugged tires . I added chains for glare ice under the snow and now I think its more like a small tank , great traction. As to throwing snow it really shoots out through the hand crank operated shoot aprx.... review »

This Craftsman is a great little machine...quick start.....will cut through snam over a foot deep....fuel last a long time....self propeling makes easy work of what would be a tough job...i would not hesitate to buy a Craftsman again..any Craftsman..it is a solid brand name that you can alway depend on.....back to this snowblower......the tires on it dig in and never spin or get stuck....when there is snow coming you will feel good to know you will be able handle it.....and think of the money you will save not having to pay a service or depend on them.....you will also find this snowblower makes...

This is an awesome machine. It takes very little time to clean the sidewalks and driveway but can be a little difficult to move around as you get older. I would recommend this machine to anyone.
