I picked up the Craftsman EDGE Series 26-in. 6-Drawer Top Chest to replace a rusted chest and it has become my goto storage unit. I use this chest to store all of the hand tools I need at any given moment. One of the best features I like about this chest is that the drawers slide out smoothly regardless to what's inside. I have yet to exert any significant force opening a drawer despite loading it up with socket sets, hammers, and bit drivers on a single shelf. Initially the downside to the smoothness of the shelf's hinges caused my tools to slide around upon open, but a grip mat rectified this issue. Despite the drawers effortless glide they stay put when I'm moving it around it because of the griplatchs. I don't have to use the key lock to keep the drawers in place because the griplatchs are extremely secure and can only disengage if I pull up on the drawer hinge. Even though this tool chest weighs around 100 pounds I can easily pick it up by the side handles because it very compact widthwise despite its spacious interior. I would definitely recommend the Craftsman EDGE Series 26-in. 6 Drawer Top Chest because it is well contructed, built in keylock/griplatch, and capable of housing a large assortment of hand tools in a small amount of space.
