We got this little shopvac many years ago on sale and have used it a lot for many different jobs in our house. We mostly use it in the basement to clean up sawdust and cat litter and it does a great job. It is small and very easy to tote around. It is easy to clean out and easy to wheel around into any place we need it to go. The cord is rather short on it so we usually use it with a longer extension cord so we can take it around the room easier. Maneuverability This little vacuum is very easy to maneuver around the room. The wheels roll very easily and make it very easy to take anywhere. Ease of Maintenance The vacuum is very easy to maintain. We have changed the filter a few times and empty it out as needed. Suction Performance The suction power seems to be great on this little vacuum. We have never had any trouble picking up anything from cat litter, to saw dust, to water spills on the basement floor. Versatility This vacuum is very versatile. It does a great job picking up everything we have tried it on. Design The design is simple and very easy to use. The hose attaches easily and on/off switch is easy to find. Durability We haven't had any trouble with this little vacuum and hope to have it for many years to come.

This vacuum is awesome for everything a homeowner needs to do. I would not reccomend this produt for any heavy duty things, however for every day jobs there is no need for anything else. Maneuverability The wheels make for easy to move around vacuums. The added attachments make it very easy to clean hard to reach corners even. Ease of Maintenance The filter does get clogged very easily, however is very easy to pull apart and clean. This is a product made more for water logged debris, however works very well fo everything under it. Suction Performance The vacuum has a very short life span on the motor so every few years you need to go out and either fix it or buy a new one. Versatility While the motor is running well, the vacuum works amazingly well. After the motor goes out then the whole vacuum goes out. Design I love the fact that this is made to be stored in compact spaces and be out of sight. Durability As long as you use it for light duty jobs, this will last a long time. Once you start using it for heavier jobs, it will not last for very long.

I bought this Craftsman 2 gallon Wet/Dry Vacuum mostly for it's ability to suck up wetness from my carpet during hurricane season when it floods. The suction is very powerful and it is easy to dump out the water when I'm done. I would highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a wet vac. Maneuverability The vac is light enough to drag around. Ease of Maintenance All you have to do is open the lid and pour out the water or dust. You can easily clean the filter as well. Suction Performance Very powerful suction. Gets all the water out of wet carpet. Versatility What I like about this vac is that all you have to do is remove the filter inside and it goes from dry vac to being able to suck up wet water from carpet. Design Compact design makes it easy to store. The vac is just a bucket, a lid, a hose and attachments. Durability Made of thick plastic so it doesn't feel like it will crack.

We acquired this product when my father's work was upgrading their products. The vacuum looked like it had never even be used! We love using it to clean our cars without having to drag out our household vacuum or going to the car wash and using all of our quarters. One thing I wish is that there was more suction to the vacuum, but that is not to say that it is lacking by any means. It picks up all debris, even dirt particles that are stuck into the carpet. Obviously tougher spots require a bit of back and forth but it does not bother me. We have no used it as a wet vac yet since we do not have need for that, but the vacuum itself is so dependable I am sure that it would work great! Another thing that I like is how light-weight the vaccum is. The medium size makes it seem that it would be a bit on the heavy side but it is surprisingly light and easy to carry! One downfall is the cord length. The power cord is really very short and I always have to use an extension cord. I wish it also had a better way to store the cord and hose.

I bought this shop vac to clean out our van and it lacks power. I tried to pick up crumbs and dirt in our van and it did not deliver. The suction is virtually not existent. We ended up throwing it away and buying a 5.0 hp shop vac 12 gallon with alot more to offer!

This vacuum was a great purchase. It has a good suction and a powerful blowing. I used it in my car, closets, etc. The filter bag is easy to clean, just brush it off "just be careful not to make holes when you clean it". I'm very satisfied with the results.

We bought this Craftsman 2 gallon wet/dry vacuum for our garage and husband's shop area.  We have also used it while we have been finishing our basement.  This vacuum is very versatile since we can use it for wet or dry messes.  We have used the attachment that helps vacuum the floor and completely vacuumed the basement floor before carpeting it.  It also has picked up garage messes like nails, garbage, dirt, etc.  The rollers make it easy to move the vacuum around so we can vacuum out the inside of our van with it.  The suction is very powerful and cleans the carpet really well!  The "wet" feature helps us take stains out of our carpet on our main level.  Add a little extra water to the stain and it vacuums it all out and makes the carpet almost dry.  For tough stains, we just add carpet cleaner.  I used to work for a rental company that had this exact vacuum to clean the inside of every single car.  Held up through hundreds and hundreds of cleanings!  Great, versatile vacuum!

The Craftsman 2 gallon wet dry vac is very light weight and small enough to go about anywhere you need it to go. The bigger one's are hard to deal with if you trying to clean out your car. This one goes right in the car with you. It comes ready to use right from the box. It has an easy on off switch. The six foot cord can be wrapped around it between the power head assembly and the dust drum while not in use. You can store the hose by leaving one end of the hose in the vacuum port and stick the other end of the hose in the blowing port. The dust drum has a two gallon capacity and two easy to open latches to empty the drum. It has a 4 foot by 1 1/4 inch flexible hose with dual swivel ends. It also comes with an easy to attach car nozzle. Be sure to remove the filter before doing any wet pickup. While doing wet pickup, it has a float mechanism that rises automatically to cut off the air flow when the liquid reaches a predetermined level. Be sure to unplug it when you need to empty the drum. Besides it being a good little vacuum, you can pop the hose in the blower port and use it that way. Be sure to wear saftey googles when doing this and keep others clear of the path. You can get extension wands for the hose, replacemnet filters and retainer bands at Sears. This is a great little wet dry vac.

I actually bought the Craftsman 2 Gallon Clean and Carry Shop Vac after I saw my handyman cleaning up with it after a job -- I got major shop vac envy!  Most shop vacs are so big and bulky - I love this smaller more portable size!  It is great for cleaning out the fireplace, vacuuming the garage, cleaning the car, even cleaning up a massive Cheerio spill in the kitchen!  It has great suction.  I have sucked up wet debris before with no trouble.  This also has a blower function (flip of a switch) and which is also great in the event you suck up something that gets lodged in the hose (like wet leaves) you can flip the switch and blow whatever is stuck right out!  My only real complaints would be that sometimes the hose pops out of the connection to the vac so you have to plug it back in and there is literally no place or the attachment (it sits on a shelf when not in use) but for what I use it for these are really minor inconveniences.  Great value for the money - I think every garage should have one of these!!!

this wet dry vaccuum is a very handy and practical tool to have a round your work space. it is a two gallon capacity vaccuum. it also is a 1.5 h. p. peak powered machine that can pick up just about anything you would attempt to clean up.this shop vac has a sucking and blowing feature on it good for use in the shop wether it be wood working, crafts  or anything really. you will find that the price is not all that bad compared to the use you will get out of it. it is light versital and works at maximum performance everytime you use it. at least it has for me so far. there have been many shop vacs i have used over the years that i have been very disapointed in but the craftsman name has held up its end of the bargain as far as i'm concerned. it has never let me down yet and i don't forsee any real issues with it other wise. I say if you are in the market for a shop vac you will not go wrong with the craftsman brand.
