For a basic toolbag, this Craftsman bag works very well. It is well-built and sturdy. Even when it is weighed down because it is full of tools, it remains strong. The handles are attached well and show no signs of coming loose or tearing. The material of the bag itself is also strong. Heavy tools don't put a strain and threaten to break through. Sharp tools can be pushed against the material without cutting through it. The zipper works extremely well, and it is well-balanced in the hand when carrying it. Some tool bags of this type are a little too wide, either causing the bag to drag against your leg when walking or be held far away from the body (which is uncomfortable when it is full of tools and heavy). But this one is a good size. It can be carried comfortably without dragging against your leg. The one downside is that there are no dividers inside, so particular tools can easily get buried in the bottom if it is filled full. Sometimes you end up needing to take out most of the tools to find the one you are looking for.

I would definitely recommend this tool bag to anyone. This is a great tool bag. It's not too big to use during a small job and yet it is also big enough to hold everything you might need for a basic job. I also have one for flashlights and batteries that I keep in my camper. I also like how large the opening is. It makes it very easy to find and retrieve whatever you are looking for. I can be pretty rough with my tools and gear and this bag has held up nicely. I have left it in the rain. Accidentaly ran over it with my truck ( luckily there were no tools in it!), you name the abuse, I have probably put it through it. I have had different tool bags over the years and none have been as nice as this one. This bag was designed with a man in mind. Just the right amount of pockets (we all know sometimes too many pockets just gers your stuff lost). Craftsman has done it t again. Over all great buy and value.

I have my multi-tool and all the attachments in one of the larger Craftsman tool bags so I bought one of these for my dremmel tool and all the extra attachments and kits I have for it. It makes it so much easier having everything in one place and not having to go back and forth to the tool box when I'm working on a project. Built tough. The mesh pocket on the front is nice, it allows me to see some of the attachments I use more often, without having to dig around in the bottom of the bag to search for them. The bottom of the bag does set flat when you put it down and that does help when looking for things in the main pocket. The carry handle is nice and thick and easy to hold. It may even be more than you will ever need for a bag this size. I think it will hold up as long as the other bag. The only down side is that it is only 13"s long. It won't fit just any and every tool in it. Make sure it is big enough for what you need to carry.

I used this tool bag just to hold a few household tools I like to keep handy in my kitchen. The tool bag was rarely used and never used for transport but in less than a year I noticed one of the handles has fraying and had came loose from the bag on one end. A short time later, I noticed a small rough area and so I inspected the tool bag a little closer and discovered when the tool bag is held up to the light and viewed from the inside, I can see thin areas in the fabric in several places. This tool bag is not even dirty and appears to be almost thread bare in several places, so, given the light use I must conclude it may have been defective when purchased and I just did not notice and/or the materials are of inferior quality. I originally thought this tool bag was canvas but now think it is possibly a some sort of pressed fabric similar to interfacing. I can not imagine this tool bag holding up under typical tool bag use on a daily basis or to carry tools in a vehicle.

My biggest problem with tool storage units is the fact that they often can't fit all of my tools in it due to restrictions within the unit. That's why I love my Craftsman 13 in. tool bag, since the inside is strictly free flowing space that allows me to place my tools in at any angle or position to get them all inside the bag, without having to spend quite some time rearranging the tools so they all fit, which often happens with a tool box. The size is perfect for me, and can easily fit in my closet without taking up too much valuable space. The price is fantastic as well, so I purchased two, one for my car, and one for my home. The carrying grip is sturdy so there is no need to worry about ripping with this tool bag. I love the three small front mesh pockets which are perfect for holding the tools that I use frequently, or need to access on a whim. A really nice feature of this tool bag is that it is collapsible so it is great for small storage spaces. I would highly recommend the Craftsman 13 in. tool bag for all of your tool storage needs!

I have a habit of buying tools as I need them rather than getting complete sets which works great for me until I have to search through the random box I keep them in to find the tool I actually need for whatever project I'm working. Finally I got tired of dealing with my little grab bag of goodies and broke down and went off in search of an actually bag that would help me keep them organized. The price was right on this one and it's really the perfect size for me because I don't have a ton of tools I need to keep in it. It's got lots of little pockets and sections so now I have a place for everything and everything in it's place. The fabric and stitching on this bag are super thick and durable so I can definitely see it lasting for a good long time and being able to take some damage without breaking down. If you just have a few tools that need stored somewhere, this is a great product.

I do a lot of small projects around my house and need a reliable and durable bag to organize my tools. I love my Craftsman 13-inch Tool Bag. First, the material is very sturdy and withstands a lot of use and wear and tear. I carry a lot of heavy tools in this bag and am impressed with the solid stitching and the thick fabric. One concern I had with using a tool bag rather than a toolbox was that my heavier tools would fall to the bottom of the bag and would not be easily accessible as I completed my projects. While these tools do tend to settle toward the bottom of the bag, I find that the bag opens wide enough that it is not a problem to easily access all of the tools in the tool bag. Overall, I am very impressed with the quality of this Craftsman product and anticipate using it for years to come! It is affordable, holds up well, and is definitely a quality Craftsman product.

This bag has stood the test of time with me. I am hard on bags, hard on tools, just hard on anything I use a lot in general. The bag is only a little over a foot in width but it has plenty of pockets and can hold a surprising amount of tools. I keep this in the back of my car for whenever something may arise. It's easy to take out of the car and into the house, use on the road, or take into work to help out around the business. In my tool bag I have several wrenches, an entire craftsman screwdriver set, pliers, channel locks, a socket set, and even a drill with a set of attachments. It has outer and inner pockets so I can store everything in its place without it all becoming a mess. The bag seems light weight but it holds up well and Craftsman always guarantees their products. The zippers on this have been holding up well and rarely every give me any trouble. I did have some issues with the zipper trying to stick but I put a little olive oil on the end of the track and ran the zipper up and down it and haven't had any issues since. I love how organized this makes me seem while keeping all of my Craftsman items together. I do wish this bag had more pockets and was a little more heavy duty though because I worry about my drill being inside of it. It's a nice bag overall, especially for the price.

I bought this Craftsman tool bag and a nice accessory kit to go with it for a present to myself a couple of years ago. The case that came with those other tools was so good that I ended up using this bag for my other tools that I already had. I am absolutely completely in love! It fits all of the tools that I have and has quite a bit more room for even more tools. Like I said, I've had it for a couple years now, and it's still holding up really well. I have noticed absolutely no rips or tears in the fabric, and there weren't any loose threads when I bought this bag. Another thing that I really love about this tool bag is how it has all these nice little compartments and pockets for small little odds and ends. The other thing that I really love is the price. It's practically a steal getting it for as little as I did. If you're looking for tool bag to buy, either for yourself or as a present to someone else, I would definitely recommend this one.
