The Hotel "Cozumel Palace" is beautiful. We were welcomed with a glass of champagne and lots of smiling faces. It seemed like, that they rolled out the red carpet just for us. A Band was playing and we were giving a hot towel. After a personalized check in, they showed us the room, and we were literally blown away. It was spacious and nicely decorated. We had a mini bar, a double jacuzzi, a beautiful view of Caribbean sea. Even the bathroom was fabulous, they offered all "BioSilk" Products and if you know those products you know how expensive they are. (Shampoo, Conditioner, Hair-silk,… read full review »

The Cozumel Palace was an amazing experience! Cozumel in itself is beautiful, a nice small island. I much prefer this environment over an area like Cancun that is huge and busy. There are some nice shops on the island and the scuba diving and snorkeling are just amazing. The water is so clear! The resort was beautiful. The rooms are huge and each have their own hot tub in the room... not in the bathroom, in the room, right in between the bed and the living room. Restaurants are amazing. People are very friendly. I would definitely… read full review »

The Palace in Cozumel is an amazing hotel with top service, top food and amazing views. We were greeted with a glass of champaigne at the door while we were checking in and then escorted to our room. The room was clean, very comfortable, nicely decorated and had a balcony with a beautiful view over the ocean and the pool. The in room hot tub was also nice but we really didn't use it much because it was The staff were incredible in the way that they treated us. Even though the tips are included in your all-inclusive package - the staff is so good to you that you want to tip them some all the… read full review »

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel since it was gutted and reopened as a Palace Hotel. We had stayed there when it was called Plaza Las Glorias. The difference was fantastic! The rooms have all been remodeled and now all have a built in jacuzzi. An exercise room with up to date exercise equipment has been added on the second floor. The original swimming pool was redone and a new pool was added that cascades into the original pool. There was entertainment every evening in the hotel lobby as well as outside by the water. The old convention area has been converted into three… read full review »

My wife and I have been comming to this island for the last 20 years and have seen it grow into a truly wonderful vacation spot. Most of the current hotels close to town have been there for many years and in the past we considered them too run down. However, after last years hurricane, many have been renovated to spectacular accomodations. The Cozumel Palace far exceeded our expectations in service and value for the money. We generally stay away from all inclusives packages because the last time (in Cozumel) we had to eat when the hotel told us (finer dinning locations)or eat at the pool… read full review »

The Cozumel Palace is a beautiful resort. The first are large, modern, clean and first class. The pool area is very nice but a bit noisy (loud music and kids). The location is convenient. Many excursions leave from or within walking distance of the hotel. The pier where the cruiseships come in is a 5 minute walk and there are bars and also shopping in this area. Some servers in the restaurants/bars are excellent and bi-lingual while others didn't seem to understand any language, hand signals or even grunts which I resorted to on my last day. Despite the fact that the… read full review »

The Cozumel Palace was where my wife and I decided to honeymoon, and we will always remember the experience. The resort is small, fewer than 190 rooms, but that small size translated into prompt and personalized service. Food and drinks were also great. If you are looking for a place with a dozen restaurants and bars, Cozumel Palace will not be the place for you. Nevertheless, the four restaurant options (plus unlimited 24-hour room service) were more than enough for our 5-night stay. Another great plus were the included excursions to various historical, archeological, and… read full review »

My husband and I stayed 7 days at the Cozumel Palace hotel. We loved it. This was the first time we stayed at an all-inclusive hotel. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They are so eager to please. Our room was very big, clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We hung out at the pool area a lot of the time. If you want to participate in planned activities you can, or you can just relax and have drinks brought to you all day. We enjoyed being able to eat lunch by the pool as well. There are 3 restaurants and the pool lunch bar opens back up at night for another theme restaurant. The… read full review »

Will definitely return to Cozumel Palace. At first I had some reservations about the lack of a beach, but after being there I liked it better without the beach. You can relax and listen to the waves crash while lounging in a chair by the pool while being waited and no sand flying in your face. If you want to go in the water, there are at least 2 docks within 100 yards of anywhere in the pool area and decent snorkeling right off those docks. The sushi was not so hot, otherwise all the food was very good. Top notch for an all-inclusive. The little touches were all there and the… read full review »

Beautiful view with night shows at pool from our balcony... Hot tub in room very special... Hamock on Deck extremely inviting and comfortable... Open bar included in all inclusive with ability to add/subtract as desired... Very comfortable beds and accomodations. Fun staff... with great sense of humor if you try Spanish and don't know it:) Dive boats and equipment more than adequate from hotel bookings... Great dives... Pool smaller than other Palace Hotels, but plenty of room and quite attractive... Try the Balsamic Fillet in the Italian Restaurant... You may never order anything else… read full review »

We went to Cozumel Palace for our honeymoon and it was beyond our expectations! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like royalty and absolutely catered to. When you first enter the hotel you are given a glass of champagne and also a small damp towel to wash your face which was very nice after travelling. When we first entered our room, it was absolutely beautiful and spotless. We were located on the 3rd floor and we had a gorgeous view of the ocean from our terrace. The staff was very nice and friendly and the food was very good too. The 'Palace' was worth… read full review »

The Cozumel Palace was perfect! We were greeted with Champagne and seated in the lounge for check-in. Our room was gorgeous! Marble bathrooms, huge bed, liquor dispensor in the entertainment center, jacuzzi tub and my favorite was the hammock on the balcony that overlooked the ocean. Absolutely gorgeous. It was the perfect place for our honeymoon. We order room service often, which was inlcuded and lounged out by the pool. The staff was extremely friendly and the hotel very clean. They had everything we needed. The ONLY downfall to the resort was that it is set on a reef, so doesn't… read full review »

The Cozumel Palace was beautiful. From the champagne + cold towels when we walked in from the sun to the 4 great restaurants, there was nothing but great things from this resort. The room was cleaned every day and there was turn down service with chocolates and towel animals every night. There was a jacuzzi in the room, a hammock on the (ocean front) balcony, and a great queen (king?) sized bed! The staff there always said "Hola" cheerfully when you walked by, the waitstaff and hostesses @ the restaurants were very friendly as well! Our favorite restaurant was the Italian one, yummmmy food!… read full review »

The Cozumel Palace was a wonderful place to visit. The rooms were very clean, we had a beautiful view of the ocean and we loved the large whirl pool tub. We could not ask for more friendly staff. They all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend getting a massage on the beach, they are wonderul. My husband and I went away for a weekend get away and because of the time of year, there were only a couple of children here at the time, but we would love to go back and take our children, which are 20,18 and 13. The resort is… read full review »

Our stay at the Palace Cozumel was wonderful; from the time of check in--where they hand you a glass of champagne and have you take a seat while they prepare everything-- to check out was great. While Cozumel has a long way to go before full recovery from Wilma, the Palace showed no sign of wear: This is amazing considering how damaged it was in the storm. The staff is top notch and the food quite good (it doesn't stand up to a Celebrity Cruise's Food food, but what does?). A very very pleasant stay. If you do stay here, ask for a room near the end of the building as this cuts… read full review »
