Pros

cheap price, easy to use brush, no clumping, waterproof

One of the areas that I'm willing to spend money is makeup. What I find so fascinating about mascara is that the amount of money you spend on it doesn't seem to have much bearing on what works for you or does not work for you. I have had $18 mascara from Lancome that clumped, and $16 mascara from Bare Minerals that barely did anything at all.

This mascara delivers. I wear glasses or contacts, and when I wear my contacts I want that BOOM lash look - thick and long, yet seperated and non clumpy.

The brush in this mascara is exactly what I need to get that look. It's so easy to seperate your lashes using this wand.

I will warn you: the wand does take some getting used to. If you have never used a "flexible bristles" plastic style wand, PLEASE GO SLOWLY AND BE CAREFUL! You can poke your eye if you're too agressive - they don't flex as much as oldschool brushes. They certainly don't clump as much either, tho, so once you get comfortable with the brush, you will love it

I am not sure. It looks like little bristles of rubber. I still want to buy it though. My local drugstore has all Cover Girl products on sale for buy one get one free right now!
