I bought this eyeliner a few months ago when my old one ran out.  It is really easy to use, and the brush tip is the perfect strength and size.  Since you use it like a pencil it is easy to manage.  You don't have to worry about stray brush hairs getting eyeliner all over the place.  The biggest problem I have is that it can go on a little too thick if you are not careful with it.  The line does not smudge, so I've had to figure out ways to smudge it myself when I need to.  It stays in place all day with no problem and comes off easily with eye makeup remover.  I would buy this again next...

CG Liquid Eyeliner is so easy to apply in a straight line exactly where you want it. It dries quickly and lasts all day! It goes on smoothly and helps to define your eyes. It also makes it extremely simple to add a tail on the end and create a great cat-eye effect!!

All of Cover Girl's eyeliners are above average in terms of cololr and wear.  I highly suggest them if you want a cheap but pretty eyeliner.
