CoverGirl LashExact Mascara Review

I've never used Cover Girl products before, but I had seen their commercial for this mascara and I was intrigued enough to give it a try.  I'm probably more interested in length than volume so that's the only basis on which I evaluated it.  Most mascaras that claim to add length rarely succeed, in my opinion.  I love that the Lash Exact really did live up to the promise of noticeably lengthening my lashes with just a sweep or two.  I also did get a bit of volume even using just one coat.  My guess is that if you're after a more dramatic look, several coats will get you there with no problem.

I find that Lash Exact wears well; it didn't flake off during several hours of wear.  Another plus is that the formula didn't cause any eye irritation.   I bought the original formula, and it removed easily with ordinary makeup remover.

Probably the best compliment I received was from someone who wondered if I was even wearing mascara.  The fact that she couldn't tell if my eyelashes were naturally that nice or if I was indeed wearing mascara means I achieved the look I was going for.   Not bad for an inexpensive, drugstore brand.  I highly recommend it!
