They changed the formula, and I HATE IT.

Cons
original formula was much better, horrible coverage

When Cover Girl Tru Blend first came out, I absolutely LOVED it.  It went on kind of powdery and dried to a smooth finish.  It covered me uneven skin tone, and made my skin look great.

Then they changed the formula!  WHY DID THEY DO THAT??

As soon as I saw the new bottle, I knew I was in for a change.  The old bottle was plastic, with a pump.  The new bottle is glass and has no pump.  The new formula is just awful.  It's watery, smears when you apply it, and doesn't cover wiorth a crap.  I was so upset that I actually took the time to write Cover Girl.  I am so desperate for the old Tru Blend, that I'm currently bidding on ebay from someone selling the discontinued version.  I plan on buying several bottles of the original formula, and hope they don't expire before I can use them.

NO.  I do not recommend the new Tru Blend foundation.  But if you can find the original version of it, it's the best foundation ever made.

I agree with you 100 percent.
I wrote to Procter and Gamble to voice my views.. "disgust",
and I of course got the usual...blah blah blah response and a
gift certificate for one free Covergirl product, which I (not to look a gift horse in the mouth) returned.
