Leaves My Lips Smooth, Shiny and Moisturized!

Winter usually takes its toll on skin and lips especially. The temperature is frigid, the wind is blowing and you are going in and out of heated buildings into the cold. We have had more bizarre weather here in Louisiana this winter. We have winter for a few days then a day or two of sunny weather with temperatures in the 50's to 70's and then 3 to 4 days of rain and the process will start all over again. I really wish we had more days of sunshine over rain but that is Mother Nature for you!
