Cover Girl Professional Remarkable Waterproof Mascara — 

Great coverage. It will not run when exercising or in the rain.  I have found that it runs when it comes in contact with warm water such as a hot tub or with tears.  So it is not totally waterproof.  I have even had it run in the swimming pool.  But, it will make it through the day when I'm at work.  I usually will touch it up if I am going out in the evening.
