I love this mascara almost as much as Lancome. No clumps, good wear. You can often find good coupons for Cover Girl as well, if you like to save money. It is best for every day-you might want something a bit more dramatic for nights and parties. I like the Blackest Black, but Brown Black might work better for ladies with lighter hair. Exactly What My Little Lashes Needed

Let's just say that I love the Disney character, Bambi, but I don't want sport the overly dramatic, doe-eyed look. I don't expect a tube of mascara to give my short lashes a wide-eyed, deer-in-the-headlights look. I buy and use a ridiculous amount of makeup, and I am always looking for something that works for what I want. I have always had not-very-long, blondish lashes, so mascara is something that is vital to my makeup arsinal. That being said, I loved this mascara from the first time I used it. The quality of this product far exceeds its cost! Being a value conscious person, I dont like to spend a lot of money on expensive make up. After modeling for close to 30 years, I was so sick of false eyelashes, the glue that get onto contacts wrecking them. (That was the B5 Bausch & Lomb in little bottles). So I went close to no eyes for a while. It tried Volumous by L'Oreal but the price was ridiculous. To me make-up is art, but art is nothing without the right tools. I've tired all the new clump free brushes with the other brands, but nothing can compare to this one. The brush and the the mascara itself is wonderful. It makes your lashes look great with no mess or ugly dots stuck on your lashes. They come out looking defined and clean, so it's makes whatever look your going for lovely. I have tried all sorts of mascaras. I purchased expensive brands from department stores and tried almost every brand I could find at Sephora! I saw the commercial for this and thought, "Why not?" I tried it and LOVED IT! The way the brush is made makes it almost impossible for the mascara to make your eyelashes clump together. Also, it puts just the right amount on the brush. Cover Girl Lash Exact Mascara is great for those that have tiny, straight lashes. The color is very vibrant and the formula goes on smoothly without causing clumps. I do find that I have to be careful not to get too much on the brush though, as this makes for a not so pretty look. There is a waterproof formula, but I prefer the regular as it seems to go on better for me. Covergirl's Lash Exact Mascara is the best brand I have ever used. It's cheap, you can find it at your local drugstore, and the results are fantastic!! I have fine, skimpy eyelashes, and this mascara made me look like I had long, luscious lashes. I love this mascara. I have thick, long eyelashes.... and yes most people think that sounds great, but they are actually hard to manage. If I have mascara that doesn't curl well, then my lashes will stick straight out and I think that looks silly, plus they will hit the lenses on my glasses or sunglasses which is a really uncomfortable feeling. I tried both Covergirl Lash Exact and Volume Exact...both are good, but I like this one better...it seems to lengthen and separate my lashes more. I use the Brown Black color as I have light blond lashes, and the color looks just right. I previously used Maybelline Full n' Soft for everyday use, but I have since switched to this mascara as it still looks natural for daily wear, but has a little more "oomph."
