I've always been happy with Cover Girl, so when I saw a bunch of commercials for this new item from them, I decided to give it a try. I'm not sure I can say for sure whether or not it actually brightens your eyes, but I think it does. If nothing else it's just a genuinely great mascara. It's not too too dramatic, so it doesn't look outrageous like some of the mascaras these days such as Maybelline New York's Intense XXL volume + length mascara. I love Cover Girl Exact Eyelights mascara.  It doesn't clump, goes on so smooth.  And the shimmer highlights are just the perfect amount.  It really makes the color of my eyes stand out just a little more then usual.  I'm very picky about the mascara I use because I hate how it usually looks all clumpy and fake, but this mascara is not messy, clumpy or dry.  It goes on so smoothly like a perfect paint, and it looks so natural.  It gives you any length you desire without a hassel or mess.  Love this stuff.

I love this mascara!  I use to use cover girl professional mascara and found that it was always clumpy even when I had just bought a new one.  I was getting ready to switch brands when I tried this mascara.  I was amazed at what it did to bring out the color of my eyes.  I think there are little bits of glitter in it.  When I wash my face you can see some of the glitter left over.   I would tell everyone to use it.
