After years and years of searching for the perfect foundation, I have finally found it.  Cover Girl's Aquasmooth foundation is a liquid-turn-powder type makeup that glides on smoothly and evenly.  It does not cake-up, run, or dry up after all day of running around.  It evens out skin tone and covers up large pores, giving you a fresh smooth complection always.
