I have finally found what I have been looking for - Cover Girl Advanced Radiance Age Defying Makeup. I love how easily it goes on the skin, the color is so natural, and I don't have to reapply every 3-4 hours. It really makes my skin look smooth and has a glow about it. I love the price too!
