Countrywide Home Loan Company Review

I refinanced my home one year ago through Countrywide Home Lending.  The experience was almost painless!  I shopped around and they had the best customer service and gave me a very good rate. 

I was contacted by one of their representatives on the phone and I wanted reassurance that he was who he said and he was able to verify through e-mail that he was, in fact, who he said he was.

 Everything was handled by phone, e-mail and Fed Ex.  I am in a fairly remote area where Countrywide isn't located so they arranged for everything from the appraisal to the final signing of papers.  They even arranged for the final signing to be completed at my home when I was available.  I was actually given one percentage for financing and they were able to improve upon it and gave me a better rate when the appraisal came back. 

Since refinancing my home, I have had no problems with my loan.  I am able to pay online, see where things stand as far as the loan, etc.  All in all, I am very pleased with the choice I made to refinance with Countrywide.
