Country Insurance Review

Their slogan is "Real People. Real Answers. Real Quick." and I have to admit that it is true!  My agent is the best and when I had to file a claim it went smoothly.  I was in a hit and run accident when I was 8 months pregnant and they took great care of me and left me feeling stress free.  When I need something done or I just need an answer my agent or her assistant are on it.  If I call on a weekend or at night I still get an answer at the customer service center and they will help me or get a message to my agent to call me back if they cannot help.  In this day and age when everything you call is either automated or overseas I really appreciate that I can talk to a real person and not just any person but one I can understand!  I have an annual review with my agent so we can go over my insurance which is nice because I don't have to think about it since she already is.  I have home, auto, life and a education savings plan for my daughter with them.  If you are looking for a company that will take good care of you I would give Country a try.  For me it is all about person to person contact...I am so over the automated systems!
