The only reason why I didn't give this product five stars is because I had previously reviewed a different tile that is even better. However, this is a fine product. We have a 2,000 square foot house to remodel. The kids' bathroom was the first room we tackled, and Cotto was the brand of tile I chose. Daughter had input into this as well. We both had no trouble agreeing on this tile. It is called Milano Almond and has a nice stone surface look. There's enough color variation so it doesn't look blah or too uniform. The tile has character. We installed twelve by twelve squares in the rather small bathroom. This remodeling project was accomplished about four years ago. Four years later, there are no nicks, cracks, or chips in the tile. It still looks new and cleans up nicely. The surface is slightly roughened, just enough to prevent slips on a wet floor. I love a tile floor in a bathroom because it survives water nicely. The kids are careless and it is the perfect flooring solution.
