I was an exchange student in Spain. I think it's funny how Mexican rice is labeled "Spanish" rice. Costa Brava has authentic Spanish cuisine, though. The people there are actually from Spain. If you talk to them about your favorite Spanish cuisine, they can even personalize it for you. They're very nice and appreciate the conversation with someone who appreciates them and their culture.
