The negative tag says it all: Cosmo has some...er...interesting tips - as long as you're not married that is. In short, most of the tips in cosmo are on how to land a guy, how to keep a guy, and how to determine if he's a keeper or not. Unfortunately, none of this applies if you're already married. In this case, much of the magazine is just a reminder of how hard it was being single and in the dating pool - and how lucky you are for finally being out of it.
Even the "mind blowing sex" tips aren't exactly "mind blowing". Trying a few of the tricks on my hubby just led to me tickling him, hurting him, or making him say..."What the F was that?" (hint: most guys don't want you anywhere near their nipples, so don't surprise them by trying "nipple arousion" techniques during sex...no matter WHAT cosmo says!) When I read him the other "mind blowing" techniques described in cosmo, he just laughed and commented on the fact that its obvious that mostly women right the sex articles. On the plus side, the magazine did give us a few laughs and caused him to tell me what actually works and what is just rubbish - so I do give cosmo props for keeping him and I entertained. As far as the "tips"...well, lets just say that if you actually wanna know what turns a guy on, don't memorize magazine articles and surprise him with secret techniques. When it comes down to it, all you really gotta do is...well...ask him =)
