Most are good, but location is key.

I work right by a Cosi and used to eat there all the time.  The bread is awesome.  But I had a few too many incidents where my greek salad had blue cheese instead of feta, or several ingredients of a different kind of salad were in mine.  I complained and they were really good about it, sending me several free lunch cards, but ultimately that particular location continued to let me down so I stopped going.  There is another one a little farther away so if I want Cosi I just go there instead.
