Designed to fit children 22-40 pounds forward facing and 40-80 pounds as a booster seat, the Cosco Touriva Booster Car Seat is a high back booster seat, described by reviewers as “a great basic car seat.” At an inexpensive price (less than $60) you get a stylish booster seat “built to last.” One reviewer does comment though the cover has not held up to washing. This carseat seems to be a great product. I think it is very safe. My two children both use this name brand my son is 2 1/2 and my daughter is 13 months, and I can honestly say I have never had a problem. I really don't worry about my children in these carseats. This product makes me feel safe. It a lach you can attach to the car itself, also it has a little metal type thing to secure the seatbelt, and the seatbelt runs through the back of the seat. I loved it for its sleek black look and loved that the five point system is on it, but once my 33lb pound just turned one year old got in it, he just seems so comfortable and he looks safely snug in it. I really like the versatility that it goes up to 80lbs, it'll be my one stop booster seat! This carseat is great. My nephew is a typical boy and is rough on everything. It was very sturdy. It is very easy to clean. Very easy to hook up in the car. I love this product and would recommend for other people to buy this product and other products made by this company. I've enjoyed this car seat. I have had four children and the car seats that were used years ago by myself with my first three were not as good quality as this one. My husband and I got our tax refund back and went to Walmart looking for a 2 booster seats with a 5pt. harness because at the time I had the a old car with only lap belts in back seat. We found this carseat and just love it. My lil one just loves the fact she has her own cup holder. It fits very well in my newer van I have now (and even so in the old car I had) and holds tight on seat. I'v had carseats and booster when you turned they also turned over.
