Cosco Highrise Booster Car Seat review

I am reviewing a Cosco high back booster seat that my daughter has an has had for quite some time now. We purchased two different ones of these brands of car seats one from walmart and one from target. They are both very very cute car seats but one has no padding hardly whatsoever and the other has alot of padding. I bought the one without the paddng first and thought it may be to hard for her and to  me it just wasnt safe enough so i got the new one with the thicker padding well in the new one which does  tilt and i have tried tilting the car seat or reclining whatever you wanna call it but i have tried it and it doesnt help when my daughter falls asleep her head falls over i mean straight down to and wont sit any other way  but falling down which by the time she wakes up is killing her neck. I have tried everything i know to do to try to prevent this as i want to keep the carseat for the thicker padding and such but i am going to now have to buy yet another now because this one to is even more uncomfortable. I just think car seat industries need to think about a childs head and how they are going to do once they have fallin asleep in them because from what i have seen thats just the last thing that they think of and i want my child to be just as comfortable in her car seat as what i would be in my seat and it just isnt the case with most of these and i think its just ridiculous...im not totally sure of the name of the car seat i think it may even be graco but regardless i have owned like 5 different brands including graco and costco and they both did this
