I am not the most traveled person in the world, but I have been to Mexico. The reason beer is so popular in Mexico among tourists as it will not give you Montezuma’s revenge like the water will.

There is no reason on God’s earth to drink Corona unless you happen to be where you cannot trust the water. It is about the poorest excuse for beer I have ever tried, except for a few others. The capsule review at the top gives you the lowdown “a beer that even reviewers who don’t like beer like” - that is the tip off. Anybody who gave this a high star rating does not like beer...

this beer is perfect for a day out in the sun. Tastes even better when you Put a lime into this drink, and close your eyes and picture yourself on a tropical island. It doesnt have too strong of a taste and goes down smoothly. this is by far my favorite beer. A stressful day can be erased by relaxing outside with a corona.

Remember when Corona was all the rage? Started the "add a lime" practice.

For a light beer Corona isn't bad and the lime is a good addition, cutting some of the heavy flavor the beer carries.

There is a definite strong flavor to Corona which sets it apart from many light beers that are little more than yellow water (remember that rumor on why to add lime?).

And, Guys, this is a great beer for the ladies. That isn't to say it's a Chick Beer. Men can drink it too.

Best enjoyed on hot summer days when mass quantities are consumed. Pick up a six pack and don't forget the limes.

Corona with a slice of lime.......mmmmmmmmmmmm. Very refreshing.....great taste.......served ice cold is the best of all the Mexican Cerveza.

So this beer in particular is so exquisite! It's tastes so good with lime and salt!!! You can even make really good margaritas with this beer!!! Only this beer! Don't ask, long story! It's not too expensive and its not too cheap either. I love how affordable it is. Can you believe this!

Corona is good anytime of year, but especially so in the summer. Accompanied by a lime or lemon in the neck of the bottle, it has an easy drinkability. Whether you are barbequing up some ribs, hanging out on the beach, or chilling by the campfire on a warm summer night, Corona makes the perfect addition to any summertime fun. It is however a premium beer that has attained a certain stigma as restricted for special festivities by some, but my opinion is that you can enjoy a bottle of this fine Mexican brew on any occassion. Beer connoisseurs and non-beer-drinkers alike will fall in love with this...

               Just wanted to say a few thinh on corona beer extra. Well My husband and I along with a few of our friends that can handle it, Drink this beer. It is a little stonger then other beers but it is really good. We just love corona and we never drink any thing else. it is a great beer and all you need to do is just add the lime and beer salt. One swallow of this ridiculous imitation for a beer was enough and the rest was given back to the bartender to throw out with the dishwater, which probably would have tasted better.

The bartender said that you need to drink it with a slice of lime.

I don't think so! There are enough beers out there that are good enough to drink without having to disguise the taste just so you can get it down without having it come back up again. Just grab a Bud Lite and have a REAL beer!
