I was so happy when I seen this phone on sale at CVS. A talking caller ID that would announce my in coming calls. Plus a electronic calculator, alarm clock. Sleek design with lcd fluorescent screen. Touch pad with 20 feature. Speaker phone. Stretch cord with the manual. I couldn't wait to set up phone.. Guess what know dial tone. I try a few time to see if it would come on, never did. So I took it back to CVS to get my money back. I guess it was to good to be true. If I had look it up online, I wouldn't seen that it has really bad reviews.
