Coppola Winery - Coppola Rosso , Reviews

I agree with much of what I read on the Coppola wines.  I only started drinking them a year ago, and have found them to be a very tasty wine.  I like the blends and the Rosso as well.  Some times they seem a little strong to me, but it depends if it is the Rosso or the cabernat, merlot, or chardonnay blends.  Merlot blue label seems to be the one I like best with its fruity mild taste. The line of wines seem to go with everything, especially meats, fish and pasta dishes.  They make a great hostess and anytime gift.  Reasonably priced in NJ… read full review »

A red wine for those aren't huge fans of red wine!  I tried a glass of Coppola Rosso at a local restaurant and absolutely loved it!  It's not too heavy (or biting) but not light and sweet.  This blend of reds is the perfect balance for pastas, meats, pizza or even BBQ.  The bonus?  It is very reasonably priced - I can usually pick up a bottle between $6-8 at my local wine shop. I stubbled across this and gave it a try.  Love it.  I'm a huge fan of the coppola wines, but most are more expensive than what i want to spend on a "dinner" wine.  The Rosso is a smooth blend wine that goes great with just about everything, or drinking by itself.  And it doesn't break the bank.  I enjoy bringing this to a party to share or enjoying it with dinner. … read full review »

Butter, melt it and pour it down my throat. That is what this Chardonay is. Butter and earth. Love it!! Not sure about the Rosso, but this winery does good wine, for a good price. Easy to drink and sell, a winner with everyone. So Coppola, do you have any more of that… read full review »
