Coppertone Water Babies Sunscreen Spray Lotion — 

Having tried several baby sunscreens on my very light-skinned babies while living on the island of Guam, Copperton Baby SPF 50 is -- by far -- the best!  It seems to stay on the longest, go on the easiest (especially with the continuous spray bottle), not dry out the skin (I have the lotion version) and wash off the easiest.  Plus, it smells good :).
