This magazine is a little pricey and only comes out 6 per year. But, it is one of my favorite mags. If you ever wondered why we do a particular step in a recipe, they explain all in this magazine. Combined with great product reviews, this is my favorite cooking magazine. They also come up with excellent cookbooks and have a show on PBS.
