This is a recent launch by Cook's Illustrated magazine. Also comes out 6 months a year. It still has the technical information on a recipe albeit more condensed. Jammed pack with recipes and 8-piece pull out of recipe cards. What I like best is the recipe index complete with pictures on the back cover of the magazine. This makes looking for that recipe so much easier.
