This is a TRUE story from which I hope other car buyers can learn from. Even if you dont read the whole thing, there is one line I really want you to read and memorize it. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH CONTINENTAL HONDA IN COUNTRYSIDE,IL NO MATTER WHAT!!.
I was about to make a deal with a dealership for a Honda accord 09 until Victor from Continental told me he could beat the price.  He told me the final price OTD was $24,107. This was about $200 better then the deal from the other dealership. I was looking for $400 better but he told me" I can throw in wheel locks and maybe a cargo tray and all season... review »

I drive from Lombard to Countryside to have my Civic serviced by the team at Continental Honda. I have always been treated kindly and received great customer service-and good work on my car. I feel their rates are fair. They have a shuttle service that will take you into Lagrange while your car is being worked on-or back to your office or whatever you want. They are upfront about costs and issues with your car.  I wish I could find similar service closer to home-but I've tried and have been let down.

I was looking to trade-in my 14 year old car for a pre-owned 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe.  Browsing through eBay Motors, I found one with the exact specs and price in the ballpark I was aiming for being sold by Continental Honda. Although I don't reside in Illinois, I was staying nearby on a business trip, so I looked over and test drove the car after scheduling an appointment with Mike Chowaniec, one of the salespeople in charge of eBay purchases. Bad place to deal with.

I have purchased 3 vechicles from them and that was when edie bilow was there, they had good people there. recently when applying for a job there, i was informed that you need a doctors degree to get a job there, since when do you need to have that much education to sell a car. that is unheard of, i know a lot of people and those people will not shop here,i guarantee you that. i highly recommend that you use them has a last choice.
