I have been looking to get back into shape recently and lose some of this weight that has been following me around for years. I have been working out regularly with weights and everything but I knew that I needed to add some cardio exercise to my daily routine to really see the benefits and strengthen my heart and body. This Elliptical Cross Trainer has been the answer to all my prayers. Not only can I workout in the comfort of my own home, but I can avoid all the aches and pains from running on pavement or other assorted surfaces. On the elliptical, there is zero pounding like there is in running and it is just such a fun and easy way to workout. Typically I run for about 20-30 minutes on the elliptical and burn 300+ calories. This machine has helped me lose about 40 pounds!!!
