Not the best for coarse or thick hair

I was disappointed with this blow dryer.  My daughter has thick, coarse, curly hair.  Coarse hair takes a lot of heat to blow dry in a timely fashion.  When our last blow dryer burnt out, I got this one.  It's supposed to be powerful and dry fast, but I found it to be just the opposite.  It took...

I owned this blow dryer for oh...I'd say 3 years. The first day I got it I absolutely loved it! I thought it was the best blower dryer ever. I never had any problems with it. I used it every single day. Well, about 3 weeks ago, it started making a noise, like it was struggling. I cleaned out all the lint and dust and figured it would be okay, but the sound got worse. Eventually, it got so bad, it was unbearable. It even somehow set off my fire alarm! There wasn't even any smoke! Just a bad smell. So, something had to be burning. Powerful hair dryer

This is a great hair dryer.  It leaves my hair feeling soft and it locks in the moisture. It is not damaging to the hair at all and makes the hair silky soft. I strongly recommend this product.

I was able to get this wonderful new hair dryer with points from my bank. I have two teenage daughters with long hair who were using my hair dryers and not returning them to my bathroom. When I saw this Conair hairdryer, I bought it before doing any research. After I got it, I found out for myself what a great dryer it really is!

It has the attachment for lifting hair to give volume. I like that because then I don't have to pull out the brush and pull on my hair so much. It saves time with the different settings. I sometimes wash my hair at night and do not want to go to bed with my hair wet. I...

 I just bought this hairdryer about a month ago and I love it.  I have naturally curly hair and I don't style my air.  I just turn on the haairdryer and let it blow my curls.  It is not to hot on the highest setting and it gives my hair a lot of volume.  It has a diffuser for those who might need it.  There is an appliance leakage circuit interrupter (safety feature).  There is a test button to make sure it is in operating order.

Quiet at First;Loud when Needs to be Replaced

One reviewer already brought up the sound issue with this hair dryer. When I first got this hair dryer it was quiet and I loved it! It's been four years and for the past few months it has been making this very loud, very aweful sound! I have cleaned the lint out of it and it still makes the sound and has started smelling strange...but it was good for four years!

I have enjoyed this product.  I works great with my straight hair.  It has hot warm and cool settings which is great for blow drying my childrens hair.  It also has a low and high setting.  I have not had any complaints with this product and I have had it for a few years and it is still going.

this is a great hair dryer it does not leave the hair feeling dry but soft it locks in the moisture which is what i like most hair dryers leave the hair dry and brittle. It is not damaging to the hair at all and makes the hair silky soft i strongly recommend this product.

I bought the Conair ion shine 1875 watt hair dryer. It's wonderful. My hair is very thick and long and the drying power is just unbelievable. It used to take me at least 1/2 hour to dry my hair. Now I am done in 10 minutes and on my way out the door!
