My hair won't hold a curl. I've tried every curling iron you can imagine. It falls flat before I can even leave the house. I saw this Conair Infinity Pro Curl Secret and really wanted to try it. I had heard some good reviews and it sounded like it would work. The way I heard it explained was that it surrounded the hair with heat, basically curling from all sides, therefor making the curl stronger. I was a little nervous about it sucking my hair up. I mean what if it got stuck? That would be awful, but it has a tangle alarm and it stops twirling if there is a tangle. If you make sure that each section you curl is tangle free, you shouldn't have any issues. You have to hold it a specific way so that it twirls your hair up the right way. It's pretty simple, just make sure the side that says "face towards head" is facing towards your head. It takes me less time to curl my whole head than it does to do a nice job with the flat iron. The curls last. Seriously, they last for days. I curled my hair the day before yesterday. Yesterday, I was stayed home doing chores and Christmas prep, I didn't wash the curls out and this morning they are still intact. It's really pretty amazing. If you're on the fence about buying this, don't be. Hop down and get it! It is seriously the best. I'm so glad I made the leap!

We could not wait to purchase. We get it home, turn it on and let it warm up according to directions. It did not even make a wave in my hair or my daughters. We do have thicker hair but you can only put a small section in at a time. May work in thin hair but definitely not thick hair. Very disappointed.

When I saw the ads for this curling iron I thought it had to be too good to be true. It just pulls your hair into the chamber, then magically creates curls? No way. But I was happy to be proved wrong. I gave the Curl Secret a try with the help of a hair stylist, and I was surprised at how easy it was to use and how perfect the curls were. I was worried about my hair getting sucked into the chamber to never return, but If you follow the instructions (face it the right way, use a certain amount of hair in each curl) you'll have a full head of curled hair in no time. This would be a good tool for a younger girl who wants to curl her own hair but may not be able to avoid getting burned with a regular curling iron. I have very thick, long hair, and it only took about half an hour to curl my entire head of hair. While it was easy to use, I don't know if I would do it every day. I like a looser wave, and the Curl Secret produced uniform, perfectly curled spiral curls for each piece of hair. If you don't like the "beachy" look like I do, this is a great tool.
