This product was just okay. I have very thick natural hair and I found that I had to go over the same strip of hair several times to achieve the straightness that I desired. I also noticed that this product didn't get hot enough to keep my hair straight. I had only been out and about for an hour before my hair began to frizz again Effectiveness This product was mildly effective and for a short time Durability I have dropped this product plenty of times and it has not broken or gotten damaged
