Toshiba Satellite L305D-S5868
I have had my computer for about 3 months, if that. I put my laptop in to a powersave mode and my battery is terrible for example... Right now, my battery is 37% charged and I only have 34 minutes of life. How does that work? My Battery life percent is larger than my minutes of life? What? I know that I can just go out and buy a new battery. This battery came standard with this computer. I spent $650 on this computer and I can't even use it because I dont have enough battery life.

What can I say? This is by far my favorite laptop because of its sleek design, great graphics, ease of use and just a hard worker!! It is easy for me, a computer geek/novice, to navigate and mess around on the net with. It is also resilient because I travel with it and I've never had a problem. Very easy to use. Set up and manual super easy. Nice desgin, lightweight, and excellent, excellent customer service.This model came with some really nice features built in that are not available on all models right off the shelf.Battery life is a little short, but this is a larger unit, with a 17 inche display screen, so that may have something to do with it. Acer Netbook Aspire One
One of my students showed up with an Acer Aspire, and I was amazed at how small the little netbook is compared to a full sized laptop computer. I'm not tall enough to actualy use a laptop on my lap, but the Acer looked like it might work. And, it did. The Acer Aspire fits right on my lap with room to move my elbows out and type. Yay!

Acer aspireone
I have had my aspire one for 1 year now and it works good. It has many plus including it is small and has a built in mic and cam. I have owned acer laptops before and I had a lot of problems with them so I was kind of weiry about buy the aspire one, but I am very happy with this item. I use it for online schooling and for everyday internet access. I also use my aspire for photo editing and to do a lot research including reading and downloading books. I have never had a major problem with this computer and I have a lot of programs and information on it.

I love my macbook pro! I have been a mac user since the mid 90s. I grew up in a design family so it only made sense. My laptop is almost 2yrs old and I have never had any problems with it.
