Compass True Fit Car Seat Review

I purchased this car seat after my son quickly outgrew his regular "carrying" carseat. I like this car seat because it is very soft and comfortable and of course fits him perfectly. But when he falls asleep, his head falls to the side, very far and it looks very uncomfortable so when he wakes up, it's hard for him to pull up and straighten his neck up all by himself.. and without it hurting :( He was only 6 months old when we purchased this, so he still falls asleep in every car ride.. even when we go 5 minutes down the road to the store. Which brings me to another point that I don't like about this car seat, the fact that it's not a carrying car seat because I have to wake him up to get him out of the car and bring him into the store, whereas with a carrying car seat, you can just bring that car seat into the store, and he can still sleep. I do not recommend this car seat if you have a small car.. especially a 2 door car, unless they are ready to be rear facing, (which, by the way, isn't recommended until they are 2 years old now, it used to be 1). This car seat works best in a van or SUV. Overall, it is a nice car seat, but I think I would opt for another car seat.
