Compaq Presario Notebook Computer Reviews

I am not the brightest and smartest person when it comes to computers. I am a junior college student so I have had my Compaq laptop for three years now. Not once have I ever had a problem with it. This was the best decision I have ever made in the technology department.

So, I have a laptop. I have had it for about two years now. I really like it. It is made by Compaq Presario and it is a C300 widescreen. It is able to have windows vista on it, i did have in installed, but it did not run very well on it. the graphics were all messed up and it was very slow with vista on it. even though it says it can handle vista, do NOT install it on this laptop... it will not handle it well at all.    Have been using the Compaq Presario for several months now and it has given me all that I have needed in a computer.I have fifteen to twenty e-mail per day and I have done searching on Google for many and various topics. The compaq presario notebook was a total disappointment.  I purchased it from Best Buy as a gift.  I did not realize until later that the battery life was not good on the computer.  I tried best buy to exchange it, they refused.  The store has terrible customer service. Nobody wants to hear your problems.  They only want to sell you the item and be done with it.  I tried to contact compaq directly. I find the Compaq laptop computer ( Microsoft Windows XP, Home Edition, Version 2002, service Pack 3. The Compaq Presario Notebook computer is a very good computer for the price. I had never had a notebook computer before and didn't have alot of money to put into one at the time.
