Compaq Presario Notebook Computer Review

The compaq presario notebook was a total disappointment.  I purchased it from Best Buy as a gift.  I did not realize until later that the battery life was not good on the computer.  I tried best buy to exchange it, they refused.  The store has terrible customer service. Nobody wants to hear your problems.  They only want to sell you the item and be done with it.  I tried to contact compaq directly. No response.  I am never buying another computer from best buy and certainly not compaq.

However, I have to admit that it is great for the price.  If you are just going use e-mail and internet.  May be some basic functions then this is all you need.  It is light.  It is user friendly.  It does not look hip like Apple laptops but it does the job.  Buyers, please invest in a virus protection.  I do not know all pc's just come virus protection.

Perhas Lenovo, HP and Dell can come out with something inexpensive and better.
