Compaq Presario Notebook Computer Review

   Have been using the Compaq Presario for several months now and it has given me all that I have needed in a computer.I have fifteen to twenty e-mail per day and I have done searching on Google for many and various topics. Also I have been able to keep up with the news both national and local in a very fine manner.  

   Being retired I do spend about two to three hours per day on the internet. I am able to do surveys for some small remuneration and other duties of an organizational nature.

   The cost at at a large office store was quite reasonable and I took the two year warranty as recommended by the store clerk. The only problem so far has been a software problem. And this has required some service calling and one trip to the office store service.

   The problem was an incompatibility on I.E. eight with some of the soft ware. I was told that M.S. has a fix for this and will be coming out with it soon.

   Not withstanding I am still quite satisfied with my H.P. Compaq Impresario.
