Compaq Presario CQ60-215DX Reviews

I have been having lots of ordeals with lap tops recently.  I had been using someone elses for quite a while, then I got my own that turned out to be a lemon, then I had the opportunity to try a couple of different lap tops, I finally have one that is mine and is for keeps, I hope. 

One of the lap tops I got to try was a Compaq Presario CQ60-206US Notebook.  The Compaq Presario CQ60-206US Notebook is a reasonably priced lap top, it is not the cheapest lap top out there, but it is one of the lesser priced ones.

The Compaq Presario CQ60 has by far been my best laptop ever purchased (five previous units). It handles all of my needs with minimal weight and frustration. I don't know why it took me so long to realize this, but laptops are sort of ahead of needs for the bulk population of users. That means you can get really good deals these days if you just take a little time to learn what speed, size, and capabilites mean for a computer. Sit back and write a list of what you want to do -- a realistic list. Don't say you want to play high graphic computer games if you realize you just don't ever have time...

I was recently given a Compaq Presario laptop.  It is a gift from my parents for my birthday and Christmas.  So far the computer runs very nicely.  It takes about two minutes from when I press the power button until the computer is ready for use. 

There are three different battery power settings. 

   1.  Power Saver:  Saves energy by reducing the computer's power where possible.

   2.  High Performance:  The computer runs faster, but that takes more energy.

The Compaq Presario CQ60-215DX has everything I was looking for in a laptop except a built in webcam. I love all the internal hard drive space for storing my media and picture files and was able to free up space on my desktop by getting rid of my external hard drive from a previous computer. I also like the fact of the built in wifi because I can take my computer anywhere there is wifi service and get online without having to set up an account or have an 800 number to dial. I received a Compaq Presario laptop for my birthday back in March and I absolutely love it. I have the one with the blue cover and it is very sleek and gets a lot of attention when I am out and about using it. It is a 2GB computer and only about 5lbs and has a 17in monitor. I really love this labtop. Its the first one that I have ever owned. We got it for a very good price and Im glad we bought it. At first I wanted a dell but this one works just as well as a dell. This laptop is perfect for I need it for. I bought it 8 months ago. I was looking for a laptop under $1000 and one that had a big enough hard drive in it to play games. This was the one. I purchased it at best buy. I have like 6 games on my computer including WOW and my computer still runs fast and has plenty of space on it. The dvd player works really well. First off this laptop was very reasponbly priced.  I purchased it at Best Buy for only $400 and its just as fast as the more expensive ones.  The setup on it when I first bought it was real easy only took about 10min.  It has a tutorial on it just in case you need it but if not you can bypass it.  The second I started using it I was amazed how fast it finds my internet connection which is set up wirelessly as well as when I start browsing websites the speed it goes is amazing.  This is a most buy laptop.  This is my third one the other two didn't make it long enough but so far this one beats...

I love the picture quality and picture editing on this, in order to easily email to family.  I love that fact that I can switch between screens to multifuntion.  I have limited time, so it's important to be quick and easy to use...This by far is the best.

I've owned a few different brands of laptops and this one is my favorite.
