Compaq Presario C300 Reviews

I have this this laptop for over 4 yrs now and I never had a problem with it. i bought it from circuit city a while back. It was on sale and I think i bought it for $500. This laptop has been my main laptop and I do all my work on it. it is not that heavy and not that light. It has a bright 15 inch screen. The sound is very clear and is strong and I never ahve to raise the volume to the highest. It has several USB plugins. It comes with a dvd player too. i use Windows XP on it and I never had a problem with the operating system. The value of this laptop is not bad either. I noticed that people...

I don't know much about the inner workers of computers but I have been on line for 10 years.    I love this laptop and I do not want to get another one mostly because I do not want Vista.   I am on my computer everyday and it has everthing that I need.   I have had this laptop for about 4 years now and it is excellent.   Thanks to Compaq for making a great computer.

The presario was originally a vista basic until I had this baby reformatted into an ultimate. It's nifty and quite handy. However, it is quite heavy. Carrying it around is a real pain. The cord for charging batteries is overbearing. I rarely bring this thing over to school or the likes. Other than that, it is quite useful.

i have only had one problem with me compaq the battery pack died about a year after having it they replaced it free of charge and its been the greatest investment/ gift i have ever had
