Insight Communications - cable service
One sorry company they take huge advantage of their so called "contractors" Did you know that your service installer may not have even been paid for the work they preformed @ your home---Wow in the form of "Chargebacks" Insight "steals" money back from their installers even if your service works properly they may come up with a bogus charge possibly due to a typo on your internet test or failed test call on your phone, your service may work great, and you may pay your bill for 10 years but this company may not even pay to have your service installed. They are nothing but low life corporate...
review »Comcast - Cable Company
Hello, I am writing today about My knew cable company .I have only had cable for a month .This is the first time I have subscribed to any cable or Dish network or anything. I like how it has allot of shows that I have never seen. I bought comcast cable to watch the Denver Nuggets NBA Basket ball team play. The situation about haveing those stations for the Nugget's is prefect I have been able; to watch every game so far this year.Probably at a much cheaper price than going to the games. With comcast I can even watch The home games.I first decided To subscribe for comcast when I saw a advertisement a...
review »Burrotech - Scan2PDF Android Application
I am a G1 mobile phone owner and I download new free applications weekly into my phone. Most of them offer a great service or feature I am looking for. I recently paid for my first application which is called Scan2PDF Mobile from Burrotech. Burrotech’s application cost me just over $1 USD and has become the best application I have ever used for my mobile phone. Scan2PDF Mobile is a program that uses your G1 phone camera to “scan” documents and convert them into a .PDF file.
Scan2PDF enables you to scan a document with your phones camera, convert it to a pdf, save the result on your phones...
review »T-Mobile
I've only had T-Mobile for a little over a year. They have never let me down though. They have the best customer service of any provider that I have been with, and I've tried the majority of the major carriers.
The Customer service reps are always happy and cheerful to help you if you have an issue. Even the simple things, like changing your account/plan are easier to do with them! You just have to give a few details to verify who you are, then tell them what you want, and they do the rest.
NICE, HELPFUL PEOPLE WORK AT T-MOBILE! If for any reason you get somebody not so nice, you can always...

DIRECTV
We love our television, probably too much. We decided to go without any television service for the spring, summer, and early fall. Then as the Holidays drew near we needed it back. We decided to give DirecTV a shot since they advertised the best price. We enrolled online, they showed up and installed the service very quickly, and the installer was very pleasant and easy to deal with. That's where the good times ended. We lost the service during the first heavy rain (a week after installation.) We called in a service order and it took a week and a half to schedule the service. While awaiting the...
review »Charter - Cable TV
This has been a Nightmare from Day 1. Completely unprofessional. Raising Rates before your account end. Horrible customer service! Will say anything to get money out of you and then change up. I've been forced into this service because of the complex I live in. Charter is a bunch of crooks. Run far, far from this company.
Virgin Mobile
Virgin Mobile is without a doubt provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced...and I'm an old fart. Let me rant. I got a VM cell for my brother and I agreed to pay for it. The first month, no problem, but then I started getting billed twice a month and in October, 2009 three times a month. One would think that this is a very simple problem to correct. But let me tell you - I have lived a nightmare talking to their customer "service" people. I had my charge card bills in hand and told them when and how much they charged me. The VM person "could not see these charges"...
review »DIRECTV
I have recently moved into my brother's house due to the fact that he could no longer afford the payment and choose to move to a rental. I called to get directv set up in my home. Directv told me that I would have to pay a $200.00 deposit and that each month part of that deposit would be applied back to my bill. That was fine, so I gave them my bank card information. They took the money from my account. I called to confirm my installation I was told to call another number. When I called I was told that my brother had not paid his bill from them in 2008 and until the bill was paid that they could...
review »Tracfone
At first I didn't like this company but eventually I grew to like the fact that this company is very straight forward they show you the minuets that you have used and that you have remaining right there on the screen, so that you cant go over any minuets and you always know how many that you have. The only suggestion that I have for this company is that they get with the program and offer something free, like free nights and weekends or free mobile to mobile. I didn't like some of the coverage either, in some areas I had an echo in the cell phone although it could have just been the LG phone...
review »Sprint Nextel
Sprint was the only company that would give me a plan without a deposit and they approved me for up to three lines! Sprint rocks in my books because of the chance they took on me when no other cell phone carrier would. I would recommend Sprint to anyone that is having a hard time finding a cell phone provider that will accept them for a reasonable deposit. I walked into the store in the mind frame that I was going to have to pay around a two hundred dollar deposit because I knew that Sprint was known for at least the lowest deposits but when the customer service agent told me that I was approved...
review »Dish network
I decided to get Dish Network because it was a way to get HD channels without paying an arm and a leg. When I signed up, I was told my total monthly bill would be $29.99. I was excited because I thought this was a great price. But, when I got my first bill, it was for $34.99 plus tax. I called and talked to a representative who basically told me that my old representative was wrong but there was nothing I could do about it. They wouldn't even waive the fee for me to break my contract, which in my opinion they already broke by not giving me the price they promised. Whatever, I decided...
