AT&T - UVerse Service
Frequently shows are interrupted at our house because UVerse freezes, locks up and skips segments of shows. This is the worst, most frustrating service we've EVER had. We NEVER had problems like this with Comcast. We can rarely watch a recorded show because it's constantly interrupted and it skips, so you never quite know what you missed.
If we dare call for help, we're sure to speak with a rep in another country and definitely are guaranteed to sit on hold or if we are able to speak with a rep, we have to continuously repeat our issue-mode for at least an hour. We'd love to have any of our...

Time Warner Cable - Company
Fed up with slow speed internet. I pay for HIGH SPEED BROADBAND ROAD RUNNER, but most times I get dial-up speeds.
My HD DIGITAL cable is very ofter pixelated, with garbled audio. It locks up for no apparent reason, and needs to be re-booted (a process whiich can take as long as 20 minutes.
TIME WARNER needs competition.

I wasn't sure it would be worth it to switch but now I am so glad I did. When I called COX to cancel service I should have said I was moving instead of switching. That was the only unpleasant part of the transition. The Cox representative was very pushy and said I would regret switching while they bashed u-verse and said "you'll be back". Well nothing he said about u-verse turned out to be true and I'm never going back to cox!

I read the reviews. I spoke with my friends that had horror stories with the installation process with ATT Uverse. So, after much trepidation, I switched from Dish Network to ATT Uverse. I am thrilled to report that the installation went smoothly. I did have to call Tech support to setup up my WiFi, and honestly, my problem was mainly due to user error. The tech support person was wonderful and even helped me setup my email account to Microsoft Outlook. Verizon Wireless Network
Verizon wireless had some good phone plans. There plans have some good features; such as free mobile to mobile & texting to other verizon wireless users. They also have good plans allowing for alot of pkg phone minutes and family share plans. There plans include such features as caller id, basic voicemail service, 3 way calling, texting, picture & video messaging.

AT&T - UVerse Service
Phone hasn't worked in over a week. DVR in living room won't pause or record TV. DVR in bedroom doesn't work at all. Sat at home today all day waiting for repair guy after numerous calls all week before they would schedule repair. Repair guy never showed. AT&T customer support won't answer telephone because they say their offices are now closed......
Go comcast. I'm sure I'll be back there soon.

I've had various cell phone providers from California to Florida, Wisconsin, Illinois, and now Texas. All the others were mediocre compared to T-Mobile. Each had its own good points but none had the customer service that T-Mobile provides. To get a free phone a contract is required but as each contract term is met you can get another free phone. I let my grandson enjoy the use of a phone on our family plan and got an astronomical bill. Verizon Wireless Network
The 3G network is available nearly everywhere I go. And I live in northern WI, not the most metropolitan of areas. The data plans are reasonable. You are definitely getting more than what you get with other carriers. I had AT&T and had to go outside to make a phone call nearly everywhere I went.
MediaCom - Cable TV
First I would NOT recommend this company to anyone outside the Quad City IL area. Lived in QCA for 2 years with their cable and internet service and had nothing but good things to say about the service there. NOW I live in a new area and found their service available so AGAINST ALL MY NEIGHBORS(who have satellite do to their multiple problems with MEDIACOM) I subscribed because of the great service I recieved previously.
