Most HelpfulI was a smoker for many, many years, 25+. I tried Chantix and it made me crazy! I also tried the patch with no luck. I quit for a short while using the gum. I have a friend triying to quite smoking, and the 4 mg cherry flavored lozenges results on a deliscious way to quit it, and refresh his breath. He start smoking since he had fifteen years and now he is on their almost thirties, so I can tell you that this product really works, because he is not suffering any anxious symptoms like with other products he has tried before. I definetely approbe it. You should try it.
