THE Place for Movie Info Before It Comes Out

As a movie reviewer, I'm always looking for information, whether it's what day the movie is released, who the stars are, trailers, etc. The one place I've found where I can find the information before the film is released is Coming Soon.

The website is a very attractive one, albeit a little busy. If I wasn't heading there for a singular purpose, I could get lost on the front page, with the full gut of information there. Included is top stories in the movie business, exclusive featurettes, top trailers and interviews, recent features, new videos, the top charts for previews, box office, and DVD sales, top news in different genres, polls, and Hollywood gossip. Honestly, I could sit and do nothing but read just this info all day long.

If you're looking for specific information, which I usually am, the headings at the top break down as follows, Features, Films, TV (which curiously has nothing but one ad on it), DVDs, Box Office, Message Boards, and The Site. Usually where I'm headed is to look up the films themselves, and through this I can look up films by name or release date, even up to four years in advance if that info has been released by a particular upcoming film.

Once you open up the information on a particular film, it lists the expected release date, the studio, director, writer, and stars. If there is an official website, it will also list that, but frankly what movie these days doesn't have it's own website? Trailers, posters and production stills are also available here, along with as detailed of a summary as they know up to that point. Comments are also left at the bottom by others on what they think about this film, but they can get very negative, and aren't very informational, more just like people arguing with each other.

This is always the place where I go to get movie information before it's released, and this is despite the fact that I write for a few different movie sites. I also use the site to plan what movies I'm going to be seeing and when. Of all the movie sites out there, I just don't know of any others that will give me all this information like this.
