I just wanted to give you an update after we have had the bed over a month and also thank you again for your assistance, as well as others in customer service.   I wanted to thank you for taking care of my matter promptly, courteously and professionally.   The telephone operators were knowledgable and had all the correct answers.  I had done some research on mattresses and they were honest and not misleading in their responses or high pressure.   My wife and me are completely satisfied with our choice and couldn't be happier with our decision.  After delaying this purchase for quite some time, we are definitely sorry we didn't  buy one sooner.   I am never one to purchase something because a salesperson says "...because you deserve it.", (car salesman use this phrase all the time) but this may very well be the case in this instance.  My wife and me are sleeping more restful and comfortably than we have in years.
