We bought our Comfort Zone Infrared Heater four years ago. The main heater in our house had gone out and we were just using space heaters. They were just barely keeping the house warm enough with everyone wearing layers. We looked online at the EdenPure and some other infrared heaters, and finally decided to go with this one on the recommendation of my brother. I have to say that I love this heater! We have a 1400 sq. ft. home, and even though this heater is only rated for 1000 sq. ft., it pumps out enough to cover almost the whole house. When comparing the Comfort Zone to EdenPure, I like the fact that you can actually see the temperature you are setting it at, whereas the EdenPure only has lines that show hotter and colder. It also has a timer feature if you need that, which I really don't most of the time. This heater has been going strong for four years now, and I hope to get many more years of use out of it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a small, portable, low-energy consumption heater.
